About Martyn
Martyn Daniel is one of the leading eminent domain and business relocation consultants in the Pacific Northwest. Because he has worked for businesses being forced to move and public agencies claiming property for right-of-way projects, he understands the issues and needs of both sides and works toward fair, balanced solutions.
Martyn’s commercial construction and right-of-way project experience includes managing several projects at a time, each with multiple contracts, employees, consultants, subcontractors and vendors. This work, which also required an understanding of eminent domain laws, the Uniform Relocation Act, and public agency guidelines of local, has uniquely prepared him to solve complex relocation problems.
Martyn’s skills in listening and creative problem solving, his deep knowledge of the laws and public agency guidelines, and his amazing attention to detail have resulted in successful—and faster—resolution of complicated business relocations and property concerns, resulting in settlements ranging from a few thousand dollars to several million.
